Terms & Conditions

Your use of the Spirit Custom Stores website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting, browsing, or using the website, you agree to follow these terms, as we may update them from time to time. If we make changes, we will publish the new version on our website. We recommend you check these terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, videos, sounds, music, layout, designs, and other materials, belongs to Spirit Custom Stores or is used with permission from the rightful owners. This content is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual and industrial property laws.

You are not allowed to use any of the content on our website unless you have permission from the owner. Nothing on our website gives you the right to use our content.

All the products from Spirit Custom Stores are digital services, and they will be sent to you as digital files through email. We are not responsible for any delays that happen because of third-party delivery services. Also, please check your spam folder, because the delivery emails might end up there.

The embroidery files will be sent to the email address you provided. The delivery times are:

Simple Design: 2 to 4 hours,
Medium Design: 4 to 6 hours, and
Complex Design: 6 to 8 hours.

If your delivery date is on a holiday that we're closed, the files will be sent on the next business day.
Keep in mind that any changes you ask for after your order has been started can make your original delivery date later.

We accept three ways to pay:

PayPal, Credit or Debit cards through 2CheckOut, and Bank Wire Transfers.

If you buy anything from our website, you agree to give us correct payment details and let us charge your selected payment method. We can refuse or cancel your order if we think there's fraud, or if the payment isn't allowed or illegal. If a payment is declined, it could make your file delivery date get delayed.

All files are made by hand using the steps you provided in your order and the picture you sent. Make sure all the steps and pictures are correct before we start your order. We will use this information to make your file.

If you ask for a cancellation before we send the design file, you might get a full or partial refund.

Keep in mind that once we send the design file, we can't offer refunds, unless there's a problem with the design that's our fault.
If that happens, we'll work with you to fix the issue.

Each refund request is looked at individually.
If you're not happy with our service, please reach out to us within 10 days of your purchase to talk about a possible refund.

If you've paid extra or paid twice by mistake, contact us for a refund.

Please don't try to get a refund through a case or by disputing the charge.

If a design has problems, the cost for that design might be returned. At least one change to the design and the photo of the embroidered sample is needed.

We don't make a new logo; we just copy your logo. So if any clothes, materials, or ink are damaged or lost during a test sew-out or print, it's your responsibility.

Before making the final product, do a sample sew-out or print and check all the spelling and details in the design.

We allow unlimited changes to the logo. If the main artwork is changed, there might be a small fee.

You can send any complaints or ask for information by contacting Spirit Custom Stores using any of the ways listed on this page.

Client Artwork: When you send your design file to Spirit Custom Stores, you agree that you have all the right permissions or licenses for any logo, pattern, or design that is protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You also promise to protect and pay for any costs or damages that Spirit Custom Stores or its partners, employees, affiliates, or agents might face because of any claims of infringement. You are responsible for checking and approving the digital version of your design before production starts, and Spirit Custom Stores is not responsible for any damage to the clothes made.

Spirit Custom Stores knows that all logos, patterns, and creative artwork sent for digitization belong to their owners. But they can still use the items listed below as part of their portfolio, case studies, or other materials (whether online or offline) to show off their embroidery digitization skills and the quality of their work, as well as to promote their services.

These include the digitized versions of the logos, patterns, and artwork (like the digitizing files).

They also include how these digitizing files look when presented by embroidery software, such as preview images.

The stitched samples are made based on these digitizing files.
